From the rising of the sun to its setting my Name shall be great among the nations,
and in every place incense shall be offered to my Name, and a pure offering; for my
Name shall be great among the nations, says the Lord of Hosts. Malachi 1:11 | BCP p. 106

Prayers and Intercessions | Mission St Clare | Book of Common Prayer
Epiphany 5 - Year B (Mark)

Collect for the Day:
Set us free, O God, from the bondage of our sins,
and give us the liberty of that abundant life which
you have made known to us in your Son our Savior Jesus Christ;
who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and forever. Amen.

For Mission
O God and Father of all, whom the whole heavens adore:
Let the whole earth also worship you, all nations obey you, all tongues
confess and bless you, and men and women everywhere love you and
serve you in peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

A Collect for Peace

O God, you have bound us together in a common life.
Help us, in the midst of our struggles for justice and truth,
to confront one another without hatred or bitterness,
and to work together with mutual forbearance and respect;

through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. (Peace in Times of Conflict, p. 824)
