Gary Olson, Pictures of Jesus, God is Real website Great quote ... "Don't underestimate yourself, God doesn't!" - Matthew Kelly in his book, "Holy Moments ..." #holymoments From  Colossians 3  verses 11 to 16 - ... there is no Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, uncivilized person, slave, or free person. Instead, Christ is everything and in everything.  As holy people whom God has chosen and loved, be sympathetic, kind, humble, gentle, and patient.  Put up with each other, and forgive each other if anyone has a complaint. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.  Above all, be loving. This ties everything together perfectly.  Also, let Christ’s peace control you. God has called you into this peace by bringing you into one body. Be thankful.  Let Christ’s word with all its wisdom and richness live in you. - Bible gateway search, God's Word Translation

This year's blog will focus on discernment or seeking the work that God wants you to do after you say, "I believe". This is also known as discipleship or learning through God - Creator, Christ, and the One with us - what God is calling us to do in this world. Basically through prayer, reflection, listening, and being with a faith community finding out what God wants you to do and then doing it with God and the aforementioned. So it will be writings, sermons, prayers, bible study, and tidbits that hit me about this path and the way we are on. (See an example of this kind of seeking in the movie "The Way" with Martin Sheen. See Facebook postings or Google it.) So this blog might look more like a scrapbook of musings than a coherent formation
