Sunday of the Passion - Palm Sunday

If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us; but if we confess our sins, God who is faithful and just, will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. | I John 1:8, 9| BCP p. 76

Readings

Psalm 24 | Misc. | Background
The earth is the Lord’s and all that is in it;
God create the wonders of the Universe and all that is in it;
Who is the King of Glory? The Lord of Hosts.

1 Timothy 6 |
Fight the good fight of faith;
March to eternal life;
Jesus came at the right time even before Pilate;
He rules and saves all.

Matthew 21|
Jesus went into the Temple and disrupted it;
He called for this place to be a house of prayer and not commerce;
He healed many;
The religious leaders wondered who he was.

Prayers and Intercessions | Mission St Clare | Book of Common Prayer.
Today | Collect of the Day: Palm Sunday
Almighty and everliving God, in your tender love for the human race you sent your Son our Savior Jesus Christ to take upon him our nature, and to suffer death upon the cross, giving us the example of his great humility: Mercifully grant that we may walk in the way of his suffering, and also share in his resurrection; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
For Mission
Almighty and everlasting God, by whose Spirit the whole body of your faithful people is governed and sanctified: Receive our supplications and prayers which we offer before you for all members of your holy Church, that in their vocation and ministry they may truly and devoutly serve you; through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
