Reading |  Paul to Timothy - Man of God, pursue godliness, righteousness, faith, love, and gentleness, fight the good fight of faith; Paul to Titus - appoint good people to serve the Gospel and people in your area; teach what is good to everyone that they may lead a righteous life, the grace of God has appeared to offer salvation to all people; remind everyone to do good for this is what God intended; Paul to Timothy again in 64 AD prior to his death by Nero, I encourage you to be faithful to God, join me in the suffering of God for God has saved us, keep a pattern of sound teaching as God has taught us all, may God grant us mercy through our Lord Jesus Christ.

+++
Let us confess our sins against God and our neighbor.
Most merciful God, we confess that we have sinned against you in thought, word, and deed, by what we have done, and by what we have left undone. We have not loved you with our whole heart; we have not loved our neighbors as ourselves. We are truly sorry and we humbly repent. For the sake of your Son Jesus Christ, have mercy on us and forgive us; that we may delight in your will, and walk in your ways, to the glory of your Name. Amen.
Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us all our sins through our Lord Jesus Christ, strengthen us in all goodness, and by the power of the Holy Spirit keep us in eternal life. Amen.

Versicle and Response

Lord, open our lips.
And our mouth shall proclaim your praise.
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
As it was in the beginning, is now, and will be for ever. Amen.
Our King and Savior now draws near: Come let us adore him.
