Psalm 38 | Individual Lament
Don’t punish me Lord. I am sick with my sin. I smell because of my
foolishness; I am weak; I am rejected by everyone; I fix my hope in
You...please be there; I am sorry for my sin. Get me on the path
of righteousness

Acts 12 |
Where is Peter? Herod was mad that he escaped. He spoke to the crowd
But did not honor God and was struck down. John Mark joined Peter in
his ministry.

John 8 |
Jesus - You don’t hear from God because of your lack of faith. Those that
keep my word will live forever. I keep God’s word. The crowd could not
understand him and picked up stones to kill him for calling himself God "I AM" but he went away.

Prayers and Intercessions
Collect for Week
O God of strength, without you we are weak and wayward creatures.
Protect us from all dangers that attack us from outside, and cleanse us
from all evil that arises from ourselves, that we may be preserved
through your Son, Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen

For Mission
O God and Father of all, whom the whole heavens adore:
Let the whole earth also worship you, all nations obey you,
all tongues confess and bless you, and men and women
everywhere love you and serve you in peace; through
Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
For Our Ministry
Welcoming God, at tables around the world, through story
and meal, strangers become guests and guests become friends.
Embolden us to always extend the wide-armed welcome
You extend to us.
