Collect for Week
Grant us, Lord, not to be anxious about earthly things, but to love things
heavenly; and even now, while we are placed among things that are
passing away, to hold fast to those that shall endure; through Jesus Christ
our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God,
forever and ever. Amen.
(Proper 20, Year B)

For Mission
O God and Father of all, whom the whole heavens adore:
Let the whole earth also worship you, all nations obey you,
all tongues confess and bless you, and men and women
everywhere love you and serve you in peace; through
Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
For Our Ministry
O gracious God, you have given your very self to save the world.
That we may be empowered to give up ourselves to one another.
You give us hope when hope is gone. You give of strength to
carry on. Amen
